Cons: Hotel location was not as central, but i knew that. a little slow in giving our luggage to bellman, since we could not check in upon arrival. hot water in shower is a little slow, but eventually comes on.
Cons: Images on the web site i think are slightly misleading
Cons: We had to change room after one night. lots of noise from the heating system at night.
Cons: Bathroom door did not close, and floor slippy. lift not reliable.
Cons: Only one lift! hairdryers did not work. nothing else, a great hotel.

Cons: The bed was pretty uncomfortable. also, when we booked back in november, you quoted us a low price for parking. we weren't told at that time that the service was changing and the cost would go up to 40 dollars. we should have either been informed of this information before hand, or the original price we were quoted should have been honored when we arrived as we booked before the new service was in place. apart from those things, the stay was very nice!
