In the desription on your homepage you do not mention that this hotel does not have any reception. You have to first walk to another dependance of that hotel group, well hidden in the historic part of town, present your ID and get your key and entry code. The phone number in your confirmation was NOT the one of the hotel, so it was impossible to inform the hotel of our late arrival. The address of the hotel is NOT Calle de las Monjas but Calle de los MONGES. The hotel itself is a fine place to stay in Valencias historic center, perfectly located, pleasent rooms withg modern design, good bathroom and very clean. No parking space at all, at least not for free. Good place to stay, though.
