This is a small but comfortable hotel to stay and sleep. In a double room there are a sink for washing, a toilet and a stand-up shower. The ratio of price-quality is quite acceptable. Beds with orthopedic mattresses. The window of our room faced the courtyard and the noise of transport did not disturb our rest. Breakfast was from 7 to 10 o'clock in the morning.

Good location, with shops and supermarkets nearby. Staff from reception should be a bit more polite with customers, sometimes they have an aggressive approach. Wifi is only available around reception area and maybe on the first floor if you're lucky to get a room there. Our room was a lot smaller than those you can see on the website, but still the receptionist was claiming he offered us the best room :)It is a quiet place, clean, warm, the rest depends on your taste.

Normal hotel for good money. By walking - 40-45 min to the center. By tram - 15 min . Everything was ok - hotel remined me a hotel for living a students but there was located on the quiet street. We were sleeping as a child^)))) Friendly staff explained where to drop off our car.

This hotel is very nice located, few minutes walk from u bahn keplerplatz, nice staff,ofcourse it is a basic budget hotel, but the price -quality is very good. Breakfast only 3 e , and you get a lot for that price. Rooms were clean, and beds very good, bathroom very small, but it was a private bathroom!

Pros: Its close to the metro which runs directly into town. they have free and fast internet access.
Cons: The bathroom was very old and grubby but the room was nice. breakfast wasn't great, but was cheap.

Pros: Internet connection and their wireless connection is super.
Cons: On my arrival, the person who helped me told me they don't have space before i could say anything to him.
he then browsed through my application and remarked that i have asked for a large room.
a few minutes later he tells me he has a room for me and ask me to pay.
on arrival to the room, i was dissappointed at the size of the room.
i then go to him, asked about the room, he tells me he will get me a bigger room tomorrow. someone was moving out.
when i got to reception the following day, afternoon, i am told there is no other room arranged. all rooms are booked out.
eventually i took what i was given and slept there for the second time.
on my reservation, i asked for a large room, and i was given the smallest room available there, still had to pay the same price, this after my reservation, after a promise etc.

honestly i doubt i would recommend this to anyone!

Pros: Very central to vienna city centre - nice big room and comfortable
Cons: Would not accept payment by credit card which wasn't mentioned online
