 "Great place, pity about the staff and lack of service"
This hotel is hard to find with stairs up to Reception. Staff member was brusque and indifferent. Our accomodation was in another building with no reception, 3 flights of stairs, no lift. Bathroom smelt.

 "FIND ANOTHER HOTEL"
I stayed in this low standard hotel for 3 days at a high price. I was not happy at all. If you can find another place to stay, do it! It does NOT look like the pictures on the internet….

 "Four day trip to Venice"
Found this hotel after trawling the internet looking for good value near Piazza San Marco. It is in an excellent location and was easy to find when we arrived at 2300hrs. The accomodation we had was like a small apartment with a separate living room and bedroom. The bathroom was a good size, modern and complete with power shower. Windows were double glazed which was handy to keep out the noise of revellers. Decoration was good and the room was nice and clean. We opted for the free breakfast and it was excellent. If we rturn to Venice again we will definitely stay at this hotel again
