I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. I had left my suitcase in the wardrobe and some fruits,medicines and deo on the bedside table. When I came back from office in the night, did not find the items which i had left on the table. When I checked at the reception, next day, the lady said she thought i had checked out and threw the items away. She could not answer when i asked her why she did not check the wardrobe where i had left my suitcase and clothes. The searched and got back some fruits and some of the medicines. When I stressed on the missing medicines as they were expensive, she was rude and responded that they will pay me for that. Even after all this, no one seemed to feel that they have done something wrong. This is the worst service i have ever received in a hotel.
