the owner, gippy, is a real, people-oriented character and really wants you to enjoy your stay.
the location is good - on the cheaper side of town where the locals mostly live but close to a bus stop and some decent restaurants.
Cons: There were no serious negatives. we had two rooms between three of us and the couple occupying one room reported that that their pillow was uncomfortably hard but i did not have that problem. they also thought the breakfasts were uninspiring but i found them fine.
