 "Excellent hotel showing good value for what was provided."
This hotel is located in easy walking distance of the city centre,also close to the main railway station. It seems to have been recently renovated and therefore is clean and smart; the rooms are a good size, beds comfortable and the bathrooms more than adequate. The breakfast room is bright and comfortable and the buffet is not extensive but provides the usual cold selection of cereals, cheese, ham and bread etc. There is a bar and lounge area and both are extremely useful areas to use after a hard day visiting the city. The bar does however shut at ten pm, as does the reception, so there is no night service in the hotel. I can, without hesitation recommend this hotel as a good value, well presented property and my wife and I were delighted with every aspect of the hotel, including the polite, friendly and helpful staff.
