 "Decent Hotel but clarify Everything!"
Decent hotel, my only problem was when I phoned up a couple weeks before to confirm and ask about parking I was told 2 euros a night only to find out it was 50 euros for 2 nights, even though I double checked and asked again

For one star hotel service was good, breakfast was brilliant and hotel was clean. Location is near city Centrum. During night it was noisy, since you hear everything from the street.

 "Excellent budget accomodation"
We enjoyed our stay and found this place in an ideal location of Amsterdam. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms compact and tidy, and an excellent buffet breakfast. Great value for money, would stay here again.

We liked the hotel, we were in Amsterdam many times but this steep ladder we have not seen, but nothing so good even though we lived on the top floor, my husband and I will fly to Amsterdam, if there dwell. all a pleasant stay

 "Very basic"
Not a very nice hotel, very basic and not very clean.You can get far better hotels for even less money so you are not paying for what you get.But if you like a hostel where they clog dance on the floor above this is the place for you!!

Pros: When we arrived, the recepionist maya was brilliant. very informative with places to go and made checking in the easiest ever. would recommend this place for a bunch of lads on weekend in amsterdam who are there to enjoy all the best it has to offer. would stay again!

 "The service was lovely"
Pros: The service was lovely. breakfast was well needed and well provided. has everything you need for a budget stay. smoking is allowed which was a big bonus.
Cons: Don't be fooled by the lovely reception, you're staying next door in the budget accomodation. nearly gave my room away because of my late arrival but they didn't. so make sure you leave a message with them if you are planning to arrive late.

Pros: I was very impressed with our stay. friendly/clean etc. i will be staying at the mallemoolen again for sure
Cons: Would of been nice to have a toilet in the room as we only had a shower but it was not a big problem.
