Pros: We arrived relatively early in relation to check in time due to our flight times, however, the staff we friendly and accomodating in holding our luggage whilst also going the extra step to ensure that we new our way around the surrounding area so that we could make the most of our time there.

Pros: The location was great with loads of eating and drinking places on polk street. the rooms were very big, especially for a hotel in san francisco.. although some might say the rooms are basic, we found them more sufficient for our short stay. the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and the free parking was great (if not a bit of a tight squeeze!)
