 "Holiday"
Pleasant stay and great location apart from the airconditioning was noisy in the room and because we had the windows open we also heard the noise of a extractor fan outside. Suggest upgrading the airconditioning in the rooms and also provide Tea Bags in the rooms as I had to ask daily for them.. Service was good at reception and very clean rooms.

 "Beware of Easytobook"
With taxes and fees the hotel room cost $12.00 per hour. This is what we got: a small room where we kept banging our ankles on the corners of the bed and only room for one person at a time passing along any of the walls; one chair to sit on and one luggage rack for two suitcases. The staff were kind. They offered and we accepted to be moved to a larger room on our second day there. However we often had to ask for facecloths. Usually after three days of use we asked for a new (thin) soap disk. Maybe the cleanup crew were not tasked with helping management to make guests happy.

Great location, good and friendly service. If you visit San Fransisco, and you are looking for good value and a reasonable place to stay, Hotel Union square is your chose. Close to shopping and on the same street as the cable cart.
