 "Horrible"
We organised to stay at forcing all through easy to book online. On arrival we were told tht we would actually be staying at dreams beach resort which was owned by the same people but has a rating of 5.6 on easy to book. The place was a dive. There were ockroaches in the room. The power was out all day from 9 am until 7pm. The bed was hard as a rock and I awoke covered in some sort of insect bites. The bathroom was dirty and there was no hot water. There was a crack in the door that allowed mosquitoes in. The service was non existent. The manager could not speak English and refused to give us a refund despite us paying for another hotel with rates of double this one. This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in over 6 weeks in India.Th
