Cons: No saucepans in the self contained kitchen, which were supplied when we asked for them. coffee maker was broken, and a new one supplied. wireless wasn't working in the room and a modem was installed.

Pros: This is a good, clean and suitable hotel, in an excellent position on the edge of the main tourist area in wdc.
Cons: I would describe this as a low budget hotel with just the right amounts of services and facilities to push this above budget status. the facilities are suitable, however, i do expect better service in the us than i get in the uk. being this hotel is situated amongst the student area of town, it could explain the service received, as the pool from where some of their staff are employed from seems local, especially the waiting staff in the restaurant.
