 "Great hotel Super location"
This the 6th time I have stayed here and highly recommend it. Can't beat the location. Short walk to everywhere and airport bus $2.30 stops out front. Tip is to get a king room not the small room. Pool is 5 star and they have a beach location. Don't eat here to expensive just walk to Linkin Street Mall.

A great hotel located just off Lincoln Avenue which is full of restaurants, bars and shopping. Anf if you prefer the beach, it is only a 5 minute walk.Facilities in the hotel are also just what you need, a decent pool considering the area, plenty of space to lounge/go tanning and even a small fitness room if you feel like a quick workout.Also, only a couple of streets from Espanola Way and Ocean Drive, so all in all an excellent choice.In additon, the staff proved to be extremely helpful as we had left an item in the room by accident. We only realised after checking out so we returned that evening, left a message and the hotel called us immediately to let us know the item was found.A very good place for anyone spending a few days in South Beach!

 "Excellent location and reasonable price"
The hotel is very close to the major attractions in South Beach. It is clean and confortable. It was my second stay there and I definitely recommend it. There is a parkig right in front (U$ 30.00 overnight) and 2 excellent - but expensive - restaurants: Casa Tua and Ola at the Santeria

hotel needs to be refurnished and maintained (is about 15 years old, and since opening nothing has been changed)
bad matrass - noisy
old carpets in rooms, and in breakfast area
bad sound isolation - i could hear and understand all dialogues in room next to me, when my neighbours used the hairdryer, it was like if they were standing next to my bed (room 404 i had)
no alcohol in minibar
no roomservice after 9 pm
