Pros: The location of the hotel is 2 minutes from the central train station and travel network
Cons: This is no way a 4 star hotel. the hotel rooms were inadequate. the bathroom was tiny and there was mould on the ceiling. the rooms are outdated and in need of renovation.

Pros: Good location and fair price for rome.
Cons: The toilet in room 29 was not good and we had trouble flushing it. i informed the front desk but nothing was done about it. i was just told to flush 3 times.

Pros: The location was very good - it's right next to the train station and very convenient in terms of transport to various destinations.
Cons: Everything else about the hotel was horrible. it was old and tacky. the staff was rude and unhelpful. the room had a disgusting smell, the aircon was incredibly noisy and the safe did not work. cleaning staff attempted to enter the room while we were in there on the day we were checking out.

Pros: The hotel is well placed for sightseeing, is clean, and appears to be efficiently run. breakfast on the seventh floor gives the opportunity to sit on the roof terrace in the sun.
Cons: The reception team do not make much of an effort to be friendly, although they are courteous and helpful. the bar area and sitting area at ground floor is mainly quiet and has little use, the bar itself doesn't seem to open for hotel guests and is reserved for small conference groups. the rooms are small but functional
