 "Not clean Rooms / good location"
The hotel was with works. The first Room was Very Bad and not near the photos we saw In the internet. They gave us a new Room better but it was Very small and smelled Bad and it was not Very clean.The location is Very good near the center and the brodway. The sevice was good and the attention to.

Pros: Only thing postive about this hotel is its location, its dead centre in new york only few mins to times square
Cons: Just the rooms you'' couldn't swing a cat in them '' as the saying goes. way too small and way to hot couldnt even open a window.just wasn't impressed for the price .

Cons: The rooms and reception were nothing like the web sitethe rooms were very shabby and nothing like the photos on the web site there was no bath, as it was disconnected and unbelievable dangling loose over the toilet and wash basin when connected i am sure someone could be electrecuted at some point. it was very noisy

Cons: The room was dirty, there were hairs everywere, we also found a used condompackage under the bed. they were no roomcleaning at all they just made the bed, put 1 towel in the bathroom(for 3 people) and even that was full ov hairs. when you want a new roll of toiletpaper you have to go downstairs and ask at the frontdesk for it. the room was very small and there was only 1 light in there. with just 1 window to the arial ladder you cant notice if its day or night. all in all it was a very uncomfortable stay and i would never sleep there again

Pros: The location is ideal: 5 minutes from the tube station, 10 minutes from times square and penn station. the staff was friendly. if your requirements are a fair bed and your own bathroom with hot water, windows with no view, then that's the hotel for you.
Cons: This is a shame that the hotel is not looked after...dust over mirror and shelves, hair on the floor and bathroom...it was very noisy as well (traveller coming back late at night and speakling loadly, walls are thin..

Pros: Was very close to everything in manahattan. beds were comfortable. the price was much less than any other hotels in manhattan, unless you want to stay in a complete dump.
Cons: Not as nice as the description and photos made it out to be. strong odor in the room; at times smelled of cigarettes. needs touch up and paint job. needs more ammenities.

Cons: Website indicated parking available, which was part of the reason i chose this hotel. this is not true. also, the whole place is marble, so sound echoes easily.

Pros: The staff is well informed. the luggage storage facility is a major help.
Cons: The rooms are dirty and dimly lit making it difficult to read. the corridors are run down. the linen was frayed at the ends and looked unclean. with all this it seemed overpriced.

Pros: Staffs were kind and nice. when we had troubles about the internet they stayed with us all time and solved it.

Pros: "budget" level. decent and clean bed. good shower. good enough if all you want is to get one night sleep and shower...
Cons: For some the reason the cleaning staff decided to clean the corridors at midnight/1amish!?! so you could hear the broom going around the corridors and stairs, and banging against the walls and doors! crazy! i couldn't believe it...
