Hotel Harmony Roma Rome  

The hotel was very easy to find and positoned close enough to the historic centre to be convenient but not too much traffic.Booking in was simple and quick with thye concierge showing us how to use the lift as our floor needed key access.The lift was small but big enough form two people with cases.The room itself was a nice surprise than expected and well appointed - the fridge was a blessing.The room overlooked the rear courtyard but as it seemed the quieter side away from the street it was fine.The bathroom had everything needed - shower, sink, bidet, loo etc - as was very modern but narrow.Breakfast was as expected, coffee, tea, Orange juice, croissant, bread with butter, jam etc.Overall, a good hotel with decent service

Thankfully we only had to stay one night in Hotel Harmony. It is located on the fourth floor above another hotel. The lift is tiny and only accomodated the luggage or my family.The rooms looked as though they were decorated thirty years ago and no attention has been payed to them since. The bedding was also old fashioned and well worn. There were holes in the walls and the 'bathroom' consisted of a plastic cubicle in one of our rooms with missing door fittings loose toilet seat etc, in the other was it was better but still didn't feel clean.One strange phenomenon occurred when we turned off the room lights. The window shutters were closed to keep out the road noise and fumes so the room was pitch black.After the lights were turned off the five bulbs in the light fitting (containing bulbs of different varieties) continued to flicker which made sleeping difficult.On the positive side the hotel was only 25 minutes walk from The Forum and Trevi Fountain and 10 minutes from Termini Stazione. The staff were helpful but requested the local tax on arrival rather than departure as i believe is normal. The breakfast was small but adequate.I could not reccomend this hotel.

I was very happy with this hotel, friendly and helpful staff in particular,good value for money and a good location

Pros: Aardig personeel niks mis mee. maakt een hoop goed.
Cons: Ik had een één persoons kamer, deze was oke maar de badkamer daar kan je je kont niet keren. heel klein. ook de herrie van de straat maakt het slapen in begin moeilijk

Cons: There is no aircondition. they get 8 ero city tax that they had not informe us about price in the website!!! breakfast is not good!!!

Pros: Clean, simple room. basic breakfast. lift up to hotel as ground floor is taken by another hotel. lots of stairs if lift fails! hotel staff helpful and spoke english. situated in a pleasant area not far from metro. 20 minute walk to trevi and spanish steps. good all rounder for the price.
