"Perfect location"

Old hotel with very little amenities. Location is perfect, right to the centre, a few minutes walk. Pretty expensive for what you get, but this happen when you have a city trip in a big city in August. Breakfast was terrible, meat was dark en absolutely not fresh. Cheeses where sweaty, I would say, go out for breakfast. Parking on the corner of the street for only Euro 12,- for 24 hours. The parking is closes at night and on sundays but the hotel owner has the key so you can go in and get your car.

Perfect location

The City Hotel Köln enjoys a privileged, very central position in Cologne, only a few minutes on foot from the famous Cologne Cathedral, the main railway station, the Rhine promenade, the Old Town and the major shopping streets such as Schildergasse/Hohe Straße. In the immediate hotel surroundings guests will have the chance to explore plenty of museums, Roman churches and many other tourist attractions. The property offers a bar, a restaurant and meeting facilities in a refined, cosy and familiar ambience. You will surely feel at home.
