"nice location"

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had all comfort that one can expect. The location was ok, in a nice neighbourhood, public transport at walking distance. A breakfast buffet each day with plenty of choices.

"No Excuse"

I stayed in this hotel for several days this fall; this was a night mare; I booked this hotel months in advance; when I arrived, without prior notice, they told me they were over booked and I would have to be relocated to another hotel many mile away; I refused; I insisted but to no avail; there was no further accommodation; and there was no excuse; the Hotel Panama is in a remote location; the furnishings are worn and in need of replacement; the price is only reasonable if the accommodations and service are reasonable which they are not; unbelievable that they could run a hotel like this.

"Rome expirence"

Very nice hotel. Rooms were very clean and decent size. Would recommend this to my friends. Very friendly staff and the location was accessible to all major touristic destinations.

It is far from the center of the city but it has close bus stations. Everything was very good except the food service for dinner.

"Great Customer Service"

Despite being there during Easter Holiday and pretty much everything was closed, the hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Pros: The staff speak english and very helpful in assisting customers, although it is not large hotel but rooms are clean and four stars class. the breakfast is good and acceptable.
Cons: One shortcoming in the site that the room pictures in the site is not for standard rooms it is only for executive rooms which i found misleading for customers. the standard rooms are very very small and i paid extra 30 euros per night to move to larger room and to make my holiday comfortable.

"The staff were fantastic"

Pros: The staff were fantastic. we were able to check in 4 hours early and their advice and directions for the main tourist areas were invaluable. the room was clean and very comfortable and really good value for money. would definately stay here again.

Cons: Lift very small.

"Staff was very helpful"

Pros: Staff was very helpful. our luggage was lost and they were very helpful in helping us. also they were very helpful in telling us how to get transportation around town.
Cons: The only problem that i have is with your website. you quoted us a us dollar price and then when we got the confirmation it was in euros. so when we paid the bill at the hotel panama in euros, the cost was alot more expensive than the $dollar amount that you charged us. this is not good.

Pros: We loved the panama garden perfectly positioned just outside the city centre.staff were fantastic, very helpful and recommended wonderful places to eat at night.breakfasts were excellent and transport into centre was easy and good fun.room very clean and comfortable.we would definately go back there.felt safe walking home at night.
