 "Not a 3 star hotel"
The location of the hotel was good, close to Termini station. Staff friendly. Breakfast good if you like sweet stuff. I would have liked more ordinary bread. Yogurt only one of the days, that should not be so hard to have everyday. A hotel to sleep in, not if you want to spend some of the time in the hotel. Felt a bit dirty and old.

Pros: When we visited the hotel description did not detail what internet was available. we found a computer in the lobby that anyone could use for free, and free wireless internet in the lobby but not the rooms.

there's a delightful space on the fourth floor roof with a swing chair on it, so go up there to have some quiet reading time outside.
Cons: Breakfast was ok and nice to have but not amazing (there were yoghurts, fruit, some meats and cheeses, and some croissants). the best thing about it is that it was open from 7am until 10am so one didn't have to get up too early for it.

Pros: Everything was ok from the first until the last day of our stay. the staff was very helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the room was nice and clean.
Cons: The only negative thing was the fact that we could hear everyone around us when we were in our room. too thin walls, i guess.

Pros: The hotel did 'exactly what it said on the tin' it was clean and you could walk to the center of rome, even if it was some way. very quiet hotel away from the loud rome.
Cons: It certainly lacked any atmosphere, some of the hotel staff lacked any sort of manners (however some where very kind) the rooms were dark and the picture of the virgin mary above the bed although very italian, was a little unsettling!

Pros: Good location
Cons: Dirty smelly rooms, poor services, staff are rude, and the rooms are full of mosquitoes, we had about 65 bites between us. we changed room 3 times, air conditioning was leaking on the carpet and caused a terrible smell.

just so everyone knows this is a three star hotel and they don’t change dirty sheets,

i will never recommend any one to stay here!!!

Pros: Hotel siviglia is within walking distance of termini station. it sits on a relatively quiet corner. the room was clean. the staff was helpful.
Cons: There is an unavoidable short flight of stairs to get to the elevator--very inconvenient if you have luggage. the elevator was extremely small, barely enough for two people and two suitcases. the rooms were clean, but dimly lit. there was no personal safe in the room. the tv was very small and the reception was poor. there were no toiletries (shampoo, lotion, etc.) in the bathroom.
