Pros: I was very pleased withthe pre servie and contact bythe hotel which included room selection. the staff very very pleasant and extremely helpful. an ideal ocation for reaching the city centre. close tot he station (20 min walk with cases). breakfast was simple continental and plentiful. rooms comfortable.

Cons: Towels in room were discoloured and very worn supposed to be white but were more grey

Pros: Hotel staff were brilliant, the breakfast area was very light and airy, good choice of continental breakfast! very helpful.
Cons: My husband has emphysema, so has difficulty breathing,so we always need ground floor rooms when available, the down side was the room was on the 2nd floor, 4 flights of stairs which he found v.v.difficult,i suffer too with asthma and i also found it difficult. no ground floor rooms!
