 "A good hotel where you get what is on offer"
Pros: A good hotel where you get what is on offer. liked the free internet access in the lobby, and the very helpful staff. surprisingly quiet considering the location (but i was on the 5th floor). excellent location fhr the messe

 "Design idea is great"
Pros: Design idea is great. location is great for the train station although not a brilliant neighbourhood.
Cons: Room badly needed a coat of paint. just grubby. same with bathroom. looks like it's never had the gritting done. unpleasant musty smell in the room when we arrived. loads of noise from building site next door from 5am. not the hotel's fault but it was the same with the window closed. their cleaners were as bad a few hours later. receptionist appeared to be hassled every time she had to do anything. overall very disappointing. could have been really good with a little more effort. the idea is great but just not implemented well.

Pros: The staff were very helpful. the location was great, central to everything.
Cons: The toilet did not flush well and the shower curtain stopped none of the water from getting all over the place.
