Stayed for the Easter weekend with the family and found the hotel to be excellentThe staff were very helpful and the rooms very spacious and clean. The only issue is location to town centre. You have to catch a bus or take the car but that is only a minor issue as it is on a main route into town.Overall I would definately recommend and we will be using this hotel again

Value for money we could not fault this hotel. Would suit business person as had lots of sockets, large area to work from. Room was clean and very spacious. Walking distance (5mins max) to McDonalds if you wanted a breakfast outside of hotel. Park and Ride down the road. Staff were very helpful. We just needed a base and this hotel was perfect.

I stayed at the future Inn whilst my partner had an operation at Derriford hospital. The staff where very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of the local area as i wanted to walk into the hospital and make use of their free parking.The food was of a ok standard. But the rooms are clean and well maintained. Much better than other competitors for the price!!!

2nd one night stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend. Rooms are clean, very well equipped, and comfortable.

Pros: Room clean and fresh, restaurant food good for a hotel of this type
Cons: Reception did seem a little understaffed and there was always a queue
when i asked reception for the telephone number of a local taxi firm i was asked where i wanted to go. when i said where i was told that it was a ten minute walk away. only after i pointed out that i was attending a business meeting, had two heavy bags, it was pouring with rain and very windy the person manning reception reluctantly wrote down a number and dismissively pushed the paper towards me.

Cons: Poor availability of facilities ie food service, for late arrivals. poor knowledge of hotel services, from hotel staff. slow response from housekeeping. overall, i think the hotel is understaffed.

Pros: Excellent value for money. good sized, clean room.
Cons: Room service could not add my bill to the room account because check-in had not performed some administrative function, which was irritating. luckily i had the cash to pay. this should in my view have been addressed at check in.

Cons: Iron did not work, when i asked for housekeeping help, i waited for 30 minutes and nobody showed up or responded. finally had to check out without ironing my clothes. hotel is far from city center. had to take a taxi back as buses do not run after 7 and i did not know which buses go to the hotel are.
