Cons: Tried to put a 30.00 late charge on for checking out at 12:02pm (2 minutes after alloted time) despite us being in a queue for around 15-20 minutes in order to check out.
also debited the wrong card with the cost, despite being asked on 3 occasions not to.

Cons: I booked 3 months before our trip and specifically requested a twin room not a double as i wzs travelling with my duaghter- when we got there we were told that this information was not passed on to the hotel!!! we were forced to stay in a twin for the first night of our 2 night stay ( or have a sofa bed or a smoking room which was disgusting) in addition this double room had faulty heating and we were frozen. the staff were really not interested as it was not "their fault" but yours apparently. the second night we were moved to a twin room which was warm and very nice
