Very nice room, in the heart of San Francisco.. 3 Bus lines will take you everywhere you possibly want to go... Sometimes there is street noise.. Internet works but dont expect wonders above 3mbit..

Pros: Easy to book did not pass on our reservation to the hotel but when we arrived, staff found a room for us even though the hotel was fully booked

Pros: The staff allowed us early check in after traveling across the country. next am, staff very helpful getting us scheduled for tour, arranging pick up, delivery to bart station afterwards. steam room very nice after walking all afternoon.
Cons: We were ok with muffins, juice and coffee for breakfast but not all were. also didn't realize that shuttle from sfo to hotel wasn't a free benefit but a paid service available. $18.00/person. had we known, we would have checked into using bart instead. but live and learn. overall, very pleased.
