 "comfortable hotel ever!"
the location is not very convenient, but still I like this hotel and many people would like this hotel too. There are only 4 rooms in that hotel, so we can know each other and who stay in the same hotel. Every morning, the owner is sitting on the couch, making coffee for us, and we enjoyed talking a lot. The owner is very kind and friendly to us. And rooms and bathrooms are always kept clean. Moreover, we could eat good breakfast and use kitchen whenever we wanted to use. I always felt being at home, this hotel made my stay in N.Y. wonderful!!

 "Very nice place, clean and tidy"
Pros: Very nice place, clean and tidy. communal kitchen is a nice size which can be used like own home. would recommend.
Cons: Not much restaurants or entertainment available locally but very coose to subway station and a short journey away from downtown ny.

Pros: I have had a fantastic holiday with a nice room, fabulous host, friendly neighbors in a very exiting part of ny. and the subway to everywhere just around the corner! i recommend it to everybody!
