Good hotel in very very good location, not in the heart of Paris, but i preferred it like this.7 min. Walking to gallery Lafayette and the opera.pubs, stores, supermarket and all you need around you.good and present stuff.I will recommend and will stay there in the future.

Pros: Very welcoming staff, very friendly and helpful. close to a metro stop and local amentities such as restuarants/bars and shops. although in a busy neighbourhood the hotel was quiet and we experienced a good nights sleep on all 3 nights at the hotel.
Cons: We booked a suite for 3 people and a superior double. the suite had a small fridge and a safe. it did not have any tea making facilities which rather lets the overall quality of the suite down. the superior double had tea making facilities and a safe, but no fridge.it might be prudent for the management to consider the same facilities for all rooms.

Pros: This hotel is conveniently located and well-managed, with the staff being pleasant, helpful, and understanding. close proximity to church of notre dame de lorette helps you find your way if you do not know paris well. the rooms are clean, comfortable and secure. the breakfast room has a nice ambience and the food offered is very good value for money.

Pros: Reasonably friendly staff
Cons: Poor value for money. breakfast especially did not live up to the hotel's website pictures or description and had 'finished' one hour earlier than it was supposed to.

Pros: Hotel staff were very helpful and spoke english.
room was pleasant and quiet, bathroom was fairly large,had a table and two chairs so we could sit down to read and write, convenient location to montemarte area, near metro station, very positive experience

Pros: The hotel is practically beside the metro stop so it is very central and the rooms were clean and the staff lovely. also the breakfast was delicious!
Cons: The room was a tad small but to be expected in paris and it was hard to find the street at first so just ring the hotel when you get off the metro.

Pros: Extremely clean rooms, including bathrooms - which means some exceptional cleaning ladies taking care of those - and same extremely friendly and helpful personnel at the reception desk

Pros: Outstanding hotel in every respect except room size. with a larger room, this hotel would merit at least one more star than listed. bathroom was equipped with all amenities, including terry cloth robes, large fluffy towels, hair dryer,soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Cons: Although the room was kind of small, it was neat, clean and very well appointed. closet was very small, but adequate for our short stay.
