 "There are so many much better hotels!"
I advise people to choose another hotel than this, Saffir hotel if staying in Dokki, otherwise Shepheard Hotel across the Nile or Ramses Hilton or Marriott Zamalek. Had an extraordinary unpleasant experience with the front office manager who is the rudest hotel person I have ever met having stayed in more than a hundred hotels. I will never again support a hotel treating its guests like this and do not have to either with the choice of many other hotels in the area.
