 "Good hotel, perfect quality-price combination"
This is a great hotel if you don't want to spend a lot of money.It's relatively clean and beautiful hotel, with a relatively comfortable bed.Just don't expect miracles for the money you pay. No wifi

 "Good value for money"
Central park is a nice hotel. It provides what one needs at a very reasonable price. The receptionists were very slow, though, both at checking in and when collecting breakfast tickets, which they could - and should - have handed out at check -in. (They did apologise for the slown check-in, which helps.)

This hotel is a good accomodation to visit london because stays in a good position (near two underground lines, bus line, hide park....). The rooms are clean and without noise.Also the service is good.

 "Disgraceful."
This hotel would have to be one of the worst we have ever, stayed in. The staff a disgrace, youd expect better from people working in hospitality. Room an absolute nightmare. Paid for wi fi and it didnt work. No point complaining they werent interested in helping with anything. Attitude of staff a real problem. Beds disgusting. Whole overall experience shocking. Do yourself a favour, dont book this hotel. the only thing that it had going for it, is its location. Location fantastic.

 "with a better smile"
When we arrived we had a room that was occupied. We returned to reception to fix the problem. The reception staff who greeted us did not speak any Spanish. If we had been served with a smile on his face, would have been easier the whole process.Moreover, the hotel is ideally located. The tank does not swallow very well, but overall the room is fine.If I had to go back to London, no doubt I would be in it.

 "Good Location shame about the wifi"
This hotel is in a great location for seeing London and in a street/area where there are many, many hotels and backpackers so a real melting pot of people. Close to 2 tube stations and plenty of pubs/bars and restaurants. The rooms are very small but overall the hotel was ok. We had to lug our very heavy luggage up two flights of stairs no assistance was offered and no lift to this area of the hotel.... but in general the staff were very pleasant except the maid who knocked on our door before 10am asking us if we were checking out now, when check out was not until 12noon. The really big downside for us was access to internet. THEY WANT 7 POUNDS PER HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All the other hotels we have stayed in have free access for residents or at least a free half hour before a moderate charge. On this fact alone i would not stay at this hotel again there is no need to rip people off like this and keeping in touch while on holidays is important to me.

 "Bad reviews"
First of all we get a room wat smelled terrible. After that we got a room that was very old and bad. In the bathroom the heating was very hot what we told the reception. After a long time somebody looked but couldn't help us. It was too warm in the room.All this we told the people at the reception but they didn't do anything with this. So the service is also bad.We paid for an hour internet, but we could only use 40 minutes.Breakfast is very small for the amout we paint.The rate certaintly isn't three stars, maybe two

Not at all what I was expecting. No air conditioning, bedding was ratty. Internet was $18.00. Would not recommend anyone with an alternative stay there.

Great location, great value. Would go back.Female reception staff friendly, but concierge - Japanese, I think - was not helpful.Continental breakfast disappointing - rolls not very fresh and coffee tasteless.

 "Great location but staff on reception not very professional"
The hotel has a great location just on the edge of Hyde Park, near a very vibrant street where food, clothing and souvenir shops can be found. Two underground stations are just 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel which is great. Hotel staff on the reception was not very professional, at least they could have smiled a bit more. No possibility to leave baggage anywhere in the hotel on the day of departure so u would not have to walk around the city with your bags is quite shocking for such a big hotel. Overall the hotel is great for short stays in London.

 "Not worth staying here"
The concierge offered poor service. My bed sheets were stained and filthy, and I woke up to an insect that resembled a bed bug on my pillow that kept me from sleeping the rest of the night. I felt like I would have been better off at a hostel or something.

 "disappointed!"
i stayed nine nights at this hotel and not one of the many receptionists uttered a good morning or hello in all those days!..i'd fire all of of them...they tried to pawn off an inferior room but i wouldn't accept and as soon as they realized they couldn't push me around...i was given a very very nice room....the girl at the bar was very nice...the maid was not friendly at all ... a maid by the name of doreen on the first floor was simply delightful ..always smiling and saying hello!!!...conciegere was most helpful..mr. afif, abdul....good location... i stayed an evening at the holiday inn aerial hotel..what a wonderful experience...caring helpful people...i felt like a queen!!

 "May, 2012 Stay"
The hotel is situated in an excellent location. I love the little shops and restaurants nearby. On the day we arrived (May 21), I was dissapointed. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and to my disappointment, there was not a single towel in the bathroom. I had to look for a housekeeper to request some. Secondly, the toilet paper was insuffiently supplied. There must have been a little less than a quarter roll of toilet paper . Lastly, the hair dryer was defective. On a positive note, the room was clean, the sheets were clean and the staff was helpful.

The location is very good, there is a bus stop just a few minutes walk and there are a lot of restaurants etc.The service was also very good. I think for a business trip or for a city trip is this hotel a very good choice.

 "Poor service"
I stayed 2 nights at the central park hotel in queensway with a colleague of mine. Even though the hotel is relatively cheap, our stay did not fulfill my expectations. The lock on our door did not work and we complained about it, but nothing was being done. Also, we ordered internet for £12 a day for business use, and it worked for 5 minutes only. 2 complaints were made, but the manager wouldn't do anything about it, he just claimed it was working. I would never recomment this hotel for anyone either for business or leisure. You can find plenty of hotels in the area at the same price that you'll receive better value at.

I liked the lounge, and service there. The rooms were OkI did not think the breakfast was good value - english breakfast was exspencive, not so much to choose from. I never had experienced that you pay and have to be served (full breakfast), morning 2 and 3 we had breakfast outside the hotel.But it was a good location -easy to travel from by foot, bus or underground.

 "Average hotel - mainly for short stays"
All ok - rooms were fine, clean and facilities. Door was knocked on every hour of the morning however for cleaning - checkout wasnt til 12.
