 "Via Roma in 2013"
We stayed in the hotel in January 2013 in 2-rooms appartment. The hotel deserves its 4 stars, the only shortcoming is that it is not in the centre. There is Italian restaurant in the hotel, where Italians are very welcomed, though other nationalities are served in the last place.

Opened in July 2003, the 4 star Hotel Via Roma in Salzburg, was first mentioned in 1421 as the "Tavern on Rome Street", later called the "Roman Inn". Within walking distance from the historic city centre of Salzburg, the Hotel Via Roma is situated in an area called "Nonntal", near the Castle of Salzburg and the Abbey Nonnberg. The Hotel Via Roma offers a breakfast buffet, a large complimentary parking area, lift and a terrace.
