Travelodge Dublin Airport North Swords

Goed enough for sleeping when visiting Dublin, close to the city.The service in the restaurant could be better. We had tro wait to long and went off without breakfast, to catch a plane.The lady at the helpdesk was friendly and patient.

hotel was great, we usually stay in the one in ballymun, just south of the airport, but it was dearer to stay in, so decided to give this one a try. Pleasantly surprised by the service, though hotel definitely more tired in appearance than ballymun counterpart. Bathroom ceiling of room in particular could do with some treatment with the paint peeling off right now!! But spsrt from that the hotel was good, and the idea of dividing hotel guests according to their purpose of stay is a genius move - the guests flying out the following day were kept together, while the hotel guests heading into town to enjoy the nightlife were kept in a different section of the hotel, meaning those flying out were not disturbed by guests coming home in the early hours.Room was comfortable, no complaints there, though towel heater in bathroom wasn't working, but no major problem as we just kept the bedroom door open to let the heat into the bathroom.Diner excellent quality, and good value for money too, especially the allday breakfast, and having the discount for travelodge guests was an added bonus.So, overall, stay was pleasant, and we plan on using this hotel again for definite.

Pros: To be honest i've nothing positive to say about my stay only that it's very handy if you have an earily flight out of dublin as it's 10 mins or so from airport
Cons: Yes the carry on of other guests saturday night, showed no respect to other guests that were trying to sleep.i was disappointed that the hotel staff didn't go out to the yard and tell those responsible to keep quiet as there is other guests staying and show a bit of respect, this was just outside the main entrance of hotel.for 79 euro a night with no breakfast not good enough.

Pros: Easy to get there

Pros: The hotel was close to are venue.
the double bed was comfortable.
security was good ie the windows could be left open, as there was a bar across the top outside so no one could get in.

Cons: There was an empty beer bottle under the pull out bed.
we had to walk a long distance to our room, although there was car parking close to our room we were not allowed to use the exits as they were alarmed.
the pull out bed was comfortable but the seetee to sleep on was hard - in a family room we expected two double beds.

Pros: The staff were friedly & helpful. the beds were very comfortable.
