Cons: The staff had the parisian attitude i find off putting (but not uncommon in the city.) the staff was less than helpful with my request for a steam iron, stating they did not have one due to "safety concerns" (unlike every other hotel we stayed at in the city). speaking of safety concerns, my flat iron overheated when plugged in (with conversion adapter) and badly scorched my hair -- something which was not an issue with the appliance at other hotels during our stay in france.
Cons: Lighting in rooms could be brighter!
Cons: Very dim lighting in the rooms (40 w), extremely small shower with no shelf for soap and no room to bend over! extremely dusty radiator. had to ask twice for it to be cleaned.
