 "Great Quiet Clean Friendly Place"
Everyone at this hotel was VERY friendly. There were 8 of us staying in 3 rooms coming in from the states. Our flight was early and check in isn't until 2:00pm. We got there at 11:30 and were too exhausted to think much less go sightseeing. As the rooms were cleaned they IMMEDIATELY gave us a key and we got in our rooms early. We napped and go to enjoy our day. It's walking distance to a metro which is right by a Starbucks and Grocery store so we started our morning there before heading out. It's more a family neighborhood and not very touristy so it was VERY quiet. It's not off a super busy street either so although it was chilly we could have opened our windows. Rooms have a bathroom with shower, safe, air conditioning, bed and cabinets to hang your clothes. We didn't need anything else. Staff speaks English and were friendly and helpful.

I like the room. It's very clean and warm. It's little small if 2 persons. The bed is very comfortable. The location is close to exhibition and supermarket at the corner. Breakfast is worthy.

If you stay at this hotel, don't forget to take all your necessay personal things with you, such as glass, shampoo, water & ... hotel doesn't have any lobby bar or fridge. Rooms are really small, but it's a nice place with clean bathroom, and worths to stay and enjoy Paris...

 "Clean and Comfortable"
Hotel was clean and comfortable -- no frills. Conveniently located near the metro (2 min walk) but a little outside the main area. The metro turned out to be incredibly easy to use so it wasn't too much of an issue.

A very good rooms though quite small but very clean and free wifi very good indeed although you have to create an account to use it. certainly a recommended hotel ideal for the metro and next door to a traditional french bar. Closxe to restaraunts and Supermarkets

Pros: Polite and helpful staff. the room was nice, clean and warm. the location was good for exploring the south side of paris and the hotel is a 8 minute walk to the porte de versaille expo centre.

Pros: Helpful staff, good bathroom and excellent shower. close to a metro station within 5 mins walk.
Cons: Expensive room which didn't include breakfast, but i guess thats staying in a popular city!

Pros: Excellent value, lovely rooms, spotless new bathroom, great location, fantastic thanks!
Cons: No kettle or drinks, but fair enough its a cheap hotel, couldn't obtain an iron in the early evening which was a bit annoying.

 "Friendly welcome"
Pros: Friendly welcome. appeared to have been newly decorated. clean triple room larger than some we had stayed in previously. good double bed and proper single bed. close to the eiffel tower which is was our grandson wanted. a good selection of brasseries and restaurants near by.
Cons: The lift was so small that it was either two people without luggage or luggage and one person.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable rooms with good shower/toilet facilities. very close to metro station, local restaurants, bakery and supermarkets within a 2 min walk from the hotel. nice, safe area to visit.
Cons: Very noisey in mornings due to local school and motor traffic. no view from hotel room and hotel staff were not very welcoming or friendly. they were not rude, but they took no interest in you and only spoke when you specifically asked them a question which was a bit strange.

Hotel de la Paix Paris is conveniently located very close to one of the biggest sport centres in Paris, Aquaboulevard, where you will find a huge swimming area, a squash area and a fitness centre. The hotel is furthermore just a 15-minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower and a 7-minute walk away from Parc des Exposition and Palais des sports. The hotel is close to the St Germain district and Montparnasse train station, and in the hotel’s surroundings you will find many shops, and various restaurants offering all types of cuisines.

Fully renovated a year ago, Hotel de la Paix Paris is housed in a typical Parisian building and equipped with a conference room that can hold up to 15 people and a vending machine. The hotel’s friendly staff welcomes you in English or French and will be happy to help you organising your stay and will try to give you the best advice, based on your wishes. Parking is available about 2 minutes away from the hotel.

Hôtel De La Paix features a big fireplace in the reception and a beautiful breakfast room with its own patio. The hotel’s 37 rooms are tastefully furnished and feature an en-suite bathroom with a bath or shower, hairdryer, shampoo, bath soap and a magnifying mirror. Furthermore, the rooms are fully equipped with modern room facilities such as free Wi-Fi internet connection, a trouser press and an LCD TV with 16 channels and Canal +.
