for a short visit to London this hotel is ok. breakfest was simple but ok, but the brreakfestroom was a bit small for so many people. the service was ok and friendly.5-10 min to walk to the tube central line and the bus is near the hotel.

poor service, unfriendly, on front desk they just watch tv or surf the net instead of answering the guests question. they charge u for all extras, like breakfast if u want milk or if u wanna leave ur baggage for a few hours.i am gonna stay their never again, hope u guys made the RIGHT choice and dont stay at this hotel. its really a mess and unfriendly hotel.

This hotel is clean and very oké. No luxery, the room was a bit small. The bed was good, which is the most important thing to me

Hotel was adequate nothing special, small room as expected - booked late and missed out on some less expensive better quality hotels. Next time will book ahead.

The smell in The room was smokey, we needed to sleep with the window opend. I found food I the microwave and dirty towels. It was no ham and bacon for breakfast. But we sleep well

Pros: Good appearance from outside. location for access to city, good. bedding, towels etc very good.
Cons: Rather cramped in room. nowhere to put anything in shower room - no shelf, minimum hooks etc. breakfast room can hardly be described as a 'restaurant'. cramped, limited choice, glass roof covered in litter and dirt. outlook from bedroom into rear garden was disgraceful - five scrap toilets, rubbish everywhere... certainly not as the picture on advert. generally disappointing.

Pros: Just good value for money

Pros: The only good thing about this establishment was the location and fact the room had clean sheets
Cons: It was a disappointing experience and certainly not worth the £95 i paid

Cons: Arrived at 2.30am as our journey was delayed due to the bad weather, the reception area was warm, the person who checked us in was friendly,unfortunately the room was freezing we tried to phone down reception but the phone was not connected. in the morning i discovered that the window was not in fact closing properly hence i just so cold all night long as i was the person next to the window in fact i was still awake at 5am in the morning due to the cold. there was no hot water for a shower in the morning and the breakfast was a disaster we were in room 6. there was a gentleman present at reception when we were leaving on saturday am but unfortunately he was having a problem with another customer and really he didnt have time to speak with us. overall the experience was terrible i would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. i also sent an email to the hotel before we actually arrived and i never got a reply to my query so it was a very bad experience overall.

Cons: No closet or drawer space

Pros: Fine for single travellers or travelers who want a place to crash for the night. good am breakfast and had a mini fridge, sink, and microwave in the room. over all worth $120 a night for a london hotel 10 min walk to the tube (central line) and westfield mall.
Cons: Room a bit dirty feeling - they always left the window open and mosquitos and flies could come in. but i told them about that and they stopped doing it.

Pros: Good distance, nice rooms, cheap

Pros: Immediately was made to feel comfortable, and given a twin room instead of a single, wanted to stay there for the rest of my life it was tastefully decorated, excellent clean facilities, staff friendly, felt welcome

Cons: The bathroom stank, and they shouldn't call toast and coffee a continental breakfast...!

Pros: Cheap, very friendly staff, very nice room, stunning bathroom, lots of facilities including microwave.
Cons: Wifi connection was very poor which is only reason i booked hotel as needed wifi. also the noise of traffic was incredibly loud so the windows could do with being upgraded to double glazing or some sort of soundproofing. only reason i couldn't stay here again, cos get no sleep due to it.
