 "nice location, nice rooms"
I found the location of the hotel very convenient as it is opposite to the train and bus stations and also to the city center with its lovely streets and chanels. The room where I've stayed was pretty small, but very clean, an excellent bed and pretty good sound isolation from outside. However, you can easily hear your neighbours walking in the room above.Also there is no elevator in the hotel, be prepared for that or at least ask guys on the reception to help you with a luggage.

 "Comfortable and Convenient"
This hotel was very conveniently located for rail travelers and still a great location for visiting Annecy. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet.
