 "Just right"
Friendly staff, comfortable room and easy access to the rest of Amsterdam. Did not eat in the hotel as there are so many eateries in the area that were cheaper. Even had a kettle which kept the old man quiet!!

I spent two nights at the hotel and enjoyed a very comfortable stay! Clean, modern rooms and an excellent city centre location. I would certainly recommend the hotel to others and would stay there again myself.

Brilliant location, very central, lovely hotel, very clean. Reception staff were very helpful, we stupidly left our passports at a friends house an hour away by train. The hotel staff though checked us in and were happy to wait until we had contacted our friends to get our passport numbers and even then we only needed one. We didn't eat in the hotel but the restaurant area looked very lovely and inviting. I would definitely use this hotel again, i went upmarket a bit when choosing a hotel in Amsterdam as it was a special birthday treat for my husband and i am glad i did. We had an upgrade on the room when we arrived at no extra cost. Very pleased with the whole experience...

Hotel was off the main road and hence quiet yet close to Centraal Station,Dam Square and other downtown areas.. Check in staff and concierges were helpful. Overall a pleasant experience .

 "Modern Hotel with an excellent location"
A modern hotel in the middle of central Amsterdam, five minutes away from central station. In some minutes to the grachten cruise ships. Very good restaurant also nearby. Frienldy staff, clean but very small rooms. From many of the rooms you have no view , you can see only the windows of the other rooms, but it was absolut silent.

location is excellent. lovely little square outside with a fantastic pub on the corner serving lots of different ales.the room was quite small. we were told on arrival we had been upgraded to a delux room but im not sure what the difference would of been as the room was still small. I hasten to add it was fully equipped, clean, comfy and everything we would of expected from a modern city centre hotel.We did not use the bar or restaurant but they looked very nice (far to much going on outside the hotel to stay in!).I would recommend this hotel to anyone, its hard to find a good hotel in this city for a reasonable price, but i think ive just found it!

The hotel was in a great central location in Amsterdam easy access to all amenities the hotel was very good and staff were all very friendly and helpfull .I would recomment this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Amsterdam you wont go wrong.

this hotel is amazing,clean,helpful staff,cant do enough for you,beds are amazingly comfortable. i cant fault this hotel on any part. breakfast is amazing especially the bacon,this was our 4th time. we wouldnt stay anywhere else. i would change my date if they were fully booked in order to stay here

 "Money grabbing frauds!!!"
I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights last week, and was about to come on here and write a really positive review after enjoying a pleasant stay and being very happy with the rooms, etc. this was until I checked my bank balance only to find that Inntel Hotel have taken a payment of £57 from my account with no consent and absolutely no reason to justify it! On checkout I was handed an invoice to say I had fully paid the balance of our stay, taxes, etc. there were no outstanding payments and yet this joke of a hotel has fraudulently stolen money from my account!!! They will have one very irate customer on the phone in the morning! After reading some other reviews I see I am not the only person they have done this to! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

 "All was fine except for the reason below"
Pros: All was fine except for the reason below
Cons: I didn't have a credit card so took my fathers card but was advised this was no good so i paid € 50.00 for deposit and also paid the €10.00 city tax.the next day took my debit card to the reception and left this as cover and got my €50.00 back and on my departure date they charge me €10.00 city tax again. when i got back to england they have debited my card £50.00 again i have been told i will get this back but in a few days
