Cons: On arrival we were told we were not staying at the pembury and had to travel to a further building down the road (not ideal); when we got here the person could barely speak a word of english and smelt like a dog had pooed in her mouth and to add insult to injury our rooms had been treble booked. we decided to leave and seek alternative accommodation, however on returning to the pembury seeking a refund they miraculously found us some rooms! the room was clean & comfortable; however the plug sockets did not work next to the bed (dead mobile in morning) and the bathroom was so small you need to be a contortionist to use the sink!
Cons: Instant coffee for breakfast? breakfast wasn't so nice and no wifi in the room, it is only for small loby area. the bathroom was way to small, i couldn't breath !
Cons: They sould care more the cleanliness of the rooms, the cover of the chairs in both rooms are extremely dirty and disgusting.
Cons: Breakfast was very busy with people and not well organized by staff.
Cons: Sheets were never changed during my entire stay of 5 nights.
Cons: We had planned on going to the arsenal match, but to our horror the tickets never arrived,
