 "good hotel room very very big"
Hotel near the tube (06 min from Earl's couurt). The room and bathroom are big and spacious. Service ok but not for a 4star. Breakfast good with a complementary choice of cooked eggs with a little charge.Nice the little garden but I think that plants needs some more maintenance.At the end a good hotel with more than good quality/price

Pros: Executive double room was very nice, big, clean and with a huge bathroom. quiet location, yet walking distance to lots of interesting places, restaurants, shopping etc. tube stations nearby for easy access to rest of london. staff friendly and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast was a shambles. no tables cleared so had to wait. hardly any food left. ran out of milk, bread, cold meat. staff couldn't cope with demand and we asked three times for the tea/coffee which we had ordered after eventually being offered a table. very disappointing

Cons: Breakfast was a shambles both mornings, not enough staff and ran out of everything before breakfast time was up. tables did not get cleared etc.... would recommend getting to breakfast early and then should be fine.......

Cons: The heat was not working, we reported this to the reception and they provided us with two portable heaters.

Pros: The english breakfast was good, staff were very pleasant. complimentary newspapers were delivered to the room early morning.the room was clean and compact.
Cons: There were not tea and coffeee making facilieties in the room as advertised. the molton brown toiletries advertised on the website had been changed. dressing robes were not provided as advertised. the room was cold and the aircon/heating was not working correctly. no drinks service or waiter service provided in reception. i was advised i had to take coffee in the bar. the service in the bar was extremely poor with guest waiting average 15 minutes to be served.
