Cons: The cleanliness, i got a really bad rash from the bed which had insects, and the beds are not comfortable at all and caused us back and nech pain

Cons: The fact that you changed my apartment without even notifying me and i had to know the new address after i landed in paris and called your help desk. note that the new location was 1.5 kilometer away from the original booking i.e 1.5 km away from the heart of champs elysées (original: 14, rue de berri 75008 new: 5 rue de stokholm ???!!!!
