Cons: Lack of maid service. disgusting lobby. receptionist does not take messages. overheated rooms with no climate control. i was robbed and lost my credit card; so the hotel would not honor the credit card that made the reservation and i had to pay cash. hotel blocks the overseas operator and does not allow collect calls.
