 "Venice is very expensive, so Lido is a good option"
Friendly staff, big and clean room. The "biggest" problem is the location. Lido is about 10-15 minutes of Piazza San Marco by vaporetto. The cheapest option is to buy a tourist travel card. Good value for money!

 "Hotel review"
This was a budget hotel and was good value. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was no air con but a fan was provided. Staff were friendly.

 "Grazie, to the GREAT SERVICE!"
I visited Venice in May 2012. I stayed there for one week. And I have to say that although it was a two-star hotel, the service was very good. The boss of the hotel was very helpfulness when my son became sick. He helped me with the docter and I he was interested abouth the situation of my son. So I am very thankful for everything he did for me then. And about the service I was very satisfied, because our room was cleaned thoroughly cleaned by two wonderful cleaners called Svetlana and Ludmila! The hotel is situated in a beautiful place, where you can travel with vaporetto and buy some food in a supermarket. The hotel also offered the possibility to keep the food in the fridge, what very useful is if you have a little child with you travelling. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone who will visit adorableVenice and have a great and reposed time!GRAZIE MILLE!

 "Great location overlooking the main street in lido"
Pros: Great location overlooking the main street in lido. about 400 feet from where the water bus drops you off so it was very easy to travel to san marco and back.
Cons: Room was very hot. a plug-in floor fan was provided but was very loud at high settings. no elevator.
