 "Chicago stay"
This is a good hotel situated in an excellent area. It is in urgent need for refurbishment as the furniture and carpets in the rooms are old and rooms require redecorating. It should retain its character

 "Excellent location but could use an upgrade"
The hotel is located opposite of Grant Park with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Our room was ok, but could use an upgrade. We had problems with the toilet that they did not manage to fix 100% during our stay.

 "A pleasant stay"
A very large room with a marvellous view of the lake and an extremely comfortable bed. The staff was very pleasant and efficient in spite of the hotel being very full and very busy.The only problem was that insulation from street noise was not perfect and the window panes could have been cleaner. A very positive impression on the whole, however.
