stay was ok with minimum comfort..appreciate daily house-keeping..help from reception desk was good , a bit costly for the amenities provided but then it is central Paris i dont mind recommending this hotel to others planning a short stay in a Paris Hotel

 "disgusting"
I was really surprised when I arrived and realised the pictures on the website are completly different to what the reality is the rooms are small and old sockets are coming of the walls and the smell was unbearable.I complained but was told there was no other rooms available.To conclude I will never stay at the Wallace hotel again.

 "Too poor for its money"
The room was very old and poor and the bathroom also. Like a one star cheap hotel. The breakfast although it wasn't poor it was cold and with no taste, and we had to pay extra for this. We did it only one day. After that we had our breakfast in the next corner bakery in less than half money and much more delicious. But I have to recognise the nice terrain space for the breakfast. I would be satisfied if the room price was 150 euros for the three nights and not 504 euros excluding breakfast.

 "I sent them an email the night before our arrival and asked for champagne..."
Pros: I sent them an email the night before our arrival and asked for champagne and chocolates for my husbands birthday surpise. on arrival the receptionist wished him a happy birthday and both the champagne and chocolates were in our room. excellent service
Cons: Bathroom a little dated and could do with refurbishing
