Bad hotel.never stay there again.paid over $60 room tax on check out when i thought i paid easytobook all ready total price.apart from $3.50 extra room tax.which I was told about. But no it was over $60 room tax. watch out for the extra charges they add. what a rip off.beds were more like a big single bed not double.. And they were like a brick to sleep in.duvets all inside of them were in tiny pices like they fell a part and turned to dust in each pocket of duvet.how disgusting.dust and dirt all on carpet were safe was like it was never vacummed in weeks.rooms very small.not worth the money we paid never stay there again bad hotel

Room stank of stale cigarrette smoke and hotel refused to move us to another room. Bedding was dirty and rooms in despearate need of a refit. I strongly advise you NOT to stay here but to look elsewhere.

Booked 2 rooms through Easytobook,and fortunately called in route to hotel.Only one room was booked for me on a sold out Easter weekend.Strongly recommend calling the hotel immediately after online confirmation,as it did not transfer well to the hotel.I booked 2 rooms for 5,and they registered 1 room for 1.A crafty Millenium register named David saved our trip by finding another room for us...all of their employees worked hard for good service.

If you want to see New York this is a perfect spot. Minutes from Times Square and the tour buses. Really handy for theaters, shops and restaurants too.

Pros: Location was great!
Cons: My reservations were not correct and i didn't get the room i wanted/paid for. the staff was not pleasant and finally came up with a resolution but had me waiting around all day with kids. the room was 2 floors above what they were going to give me after the mix up. i was traveling with kids, so i just took room. couldn't wait any longer. i would not stay here again because of this error.

Cons: The concierge the first night we got there was rather helpful to the young women in front of us but when it came time to assist us he was rather short and rude. i guess when you are not young and single you get the short service.

Cons: I had a major problem with the air cond and had to move rooms. the new room was of a poorer standard than the first. there were billing errors on my account which were eventually corrected. staff seemed uninterested in general. i would not recommend this hotel.
