Jubilee London  

We stayed in the Jubilee hotel for 3 nights in may 2012.The location is perfect and the hotel looks magnificent from the outside. The view from the hotel rooms is also very nice. I feel they could have done so much better with this building...The rooms and bathrooms are very small and old and not very clean. The cardboard walls between the rooms made it possible to hear every word our neighbours said and the cardboard bed made it possible to stay awake the entire night.Also, for some reason we received 3 towels which were not changed during our stay. The breakfast was okay (if you're not very hungry) and the staff were kind people, but this was definitely not enough to make up for the mess. There are lots of other hotels in the neighbourhood that look exactly as nice on the outside. We might try one of them the next time.

Pros: The manager was most helpful giving us tips on what to do and directions on how to get to these venues.

Pros: The hotel is in a great location for victoria station and has a 24 hour reception. tv in the room with wide variety of free view channels.
Cons: There is no lift and our room was on the fourth floor. the sheets on one of the single beds were not very clean looking. the shower spurted out water and you couldn't control between hot and cold.

Pros: Good location, cheap, room was big enough for 2 persons
Cons: Staff wasn't very polite, but helpful anyway. some street noise...

Pros: The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Cons: Breakfast consisted of juice, toast and yogurt. the room was soooo small as was the bathroom. a very dated hotel that needs a fresh coat of paint and new showers that unfortunately, were very moldy.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit dirty, as was the carpet in the bedroom

Cons: Shared bathroom not so clean

Pros: Great location, bed, breakfast included, value for money
Cons: Shabby, tv didn't work, tiny (almost unusable) bathroom, no lift

Cons: At aprox 3am sunday we were woken by water coming through our room ceiling. we were given another room which had not been cleaned from the previous guests. i had already paid for the room and was suprised not to be offered any compensation! i would not use this hotel again!!!
