Pros: Clean and excellent rooms and a good breakfast, though charged separately.
Cons: Hotel staff extremely unco-operative. on arrival we asked them if we could stay an extra night, we were prepared to pay for a higher priced room too, just to avoid the inconvenience of changing hotels in a very short stay. the reply was no-room. we then went to the tourist information office located close by to book a room for the third night. they told us mikon eastgate had an available room. when we went back with a reservation confirmation, the person at the reception asked us "if i say no room and you come back with this paper you think i can give you a room?" when i said "yes" they did give us a room. but the experience was unpleasant.
