Hôtel Résidence Châtillon Paris  

1stly the location was OK if you wanted to stay outside of the centre of Paris. Apart from that it wasn’t great. Unfortunately it was the only family room we could get at short notice. The hotel is grubby and doesn’t have been cleaned for some time. The rooms are small and the noise from the street (cars) is relentless. When we arrived I considered turning around and walking out, but as I said there wasn’t much else to choose from. I’m also annoyed as the advertised price in the hotel was less than what we paid for it on the internet. My advice is to avoid this so called hotel.

Pros: Clean, nice room
Cons: Poor breackfast

Pros: Good staff, location good , beside supermarket

Cons: Staff unfriendly, no soap, very noisy, very cramped

Cons: The wifi was sometimes not working.

Pros: The manager who checked us in was friendly and helpful. the room was clean. the carpet could be cleaner, and the older towels, that don't look clean, should be replaced. the location is excellent, it's near the metro and there are good restauarants nearby.
Cons: The shower nozzle doesn't hang on the wall - you have to hold it as you shower. that's a small thing, and easy to fix, but it's a big inconvenience.
