Very nice hotel in Dublin. Few minutes walking to the city centre. The room was pretty big, clean and quiet. The staff was really helpful and kind ( we had some problems with the shower and they fixed it immediately).We didn't have breakfast or dinner but at the low ground they have a nice pub with local live music, not noisy at all for who's on the first floor (where our room was).very good quality/price ratio, highly reccommended!!!Luca

Pros: Next to o'connell street, one of the most important streets in dublin. the hotel is in a quiet street and in a short walk you'll be in the center.

Cons: Yes lots. i booked a double and ended up with four single beds. hotel was booked out so not possible to change. the hotel and especially our room was very grubby along with big cracks on the wall. bathroom fixtures fell off the walls when you touched them. temperature in the rooms was ridiculous, we had to keep the windows open all the time to allow us to breathe and were then tormented by traffic and pedestrian crossing noise! we were very glad to leave

Pros: The staff were very pleasant and helpful, even when i had to send back twice a main course (evening dinner). this was suitably resolved. the breakfast was well cooked and tasty.

Pros: Staff were lovely and really friendly on arrival, managed to get us a room earlier than 2pm. the rooms was quite big and clean. location - fab!
Cons: Windows in the room did not open and there was no air con as far as we could see - cit could get a bit warm getting ready - but apart from that it was great.
