Positives:- Easy walk from Gare du Nord- Friendly, helpful staffNegatives:- Poor quality finishings in rooms- Leaking taps- Very small bathroom which can only accommodate one person at a time- Very hard bed

Pros: Great stuff, very helpful in every matter, fair size of the room, quite and safe area. we had to leave earlier than expectedand the process between easy to book agents and the hotel went very well, they were able to accomodate us easily and we got a refund for the days we didn't use.
Cons: The bathroom door is a glass sliding door (not a "see through" one) and that is the only thing that seperates it from the room itself. sometimes the door doesn't slide all the way to the end. a regular door would have given much more privecy.

Pros: Our vacation was great, the hotel is located at a central place and we got 2 wonderfull rooms!!!!
Cons: Non!!!

Pros: We only stayed at the hotel for one night, but the staff were extremely kind and helpful, including providing us with directions. the metro is a 2 minute walk and perfect for travelling to main paris with all the main lines. the bed and shower were huge and the room was nicely decorated in a modern fashion, as is the bathroom.
Cons: I would say that the room is rather small, but not a problem for short stays. my only real concern with this hotel was that the bathroom had just a sliding frosted glass door to separate it from the bedroom, which for a couple was fairly embarrassing.

Cons: Everything we experienced at this hotel was negative--the only exception was suzaana. she was wonderful but the only bright spot in our entire stay. i am putting up a blog warning travelers to avoid this hotel--but if they can't, then ask for suzaana and get the only person there that will assist hotel guests.

Pros: I found the hotel to be clean and modern, the staff were extremely pleasant and did everything possible to ensure that our 25th wedding anniversary was a fantastic experience

Cons: The hotel had only been opened about 6 weeks before we stayed there and was still undergoing teething problems. i had a problem with the room safe which was met with indifference by the staff. the hotel ran out of bath towels which was blamed on the laundry service. i would have expected a hotel to have sufficient number of towels to last for at least two days but apparently not this hotel.

the tap in the bathroom sink leaked all over the top and dripped onto the floor. consequently all items left by the sink were continuously wet.

the hotel has the fancy idea that we cannot turn lights on and off ourselves and so has conveniently arranged for the lights in the bathroom to be movement operated. this is ok but it takes about 5 minutes after leaving the bathroom for the lights to go out. also the sensor operates all the time, irrespective of whether it's daylight or not.

the breakfast was acceptable but the hotel uses a coffee machin to dispense tea and coffee. this is ok when the restaurant is quiet but as each drink takes quite a while to prepare, on the morning when the dining room was busy there was a lengthy queue for coffee. the buffest was good but once again the toast machine was extremely slow and created a queue. also there was only one member of staff on duty and he was rushed off his feet on the morning the room was busy. there was no-one else to assist him.
