 "Glazier family short break"
Some difficulty gaining access as no one on site, had to wait 20 mins to get in. Slightly scruffy appearance but room was comfortable, warm and clean. Breakfast good. Good location with easy access to main sites and transport

 "Comfortable Stay"
Stay for 3 days 2 nights at this hotel.When we first enter the place, the friendly receptionist mentioned that she reserved the best room for us. I wonder why. It was the basement. I guess the logic is that it is always easier to carry down our heavy luggage than the heavier ones. Room was clean. Wifi is quite moderately strong even in closed door. Bed & pillow is comfortable & soft. Nearby have quite a few attractions. Flea market etc. Location wise is not bad. Good experience to stay over there.

 "MY EXPERIENCE"
Acces to the rooms is dramatic and dangerous. Stair steps are extremely shorts. Assistance doesn´t exist. If you need someone from the staff it is quite impossible to find them. Cleaning is really bad or doesn´t exist.Considering the price, location and breakfast and also room space are quite good.

 "Didn't Get the Whole Story"
Greeted by finding out there was a 5% upcharge, if you paid with a credit card-don't remember being told that. The manageress did not charge me after I complained. Don't know where the photos were taken-certainly not in our room. We asked for a guad-for 4 people. The room was barely large enough for a double bed--two twins were cramed in. No wash clothes were furnished. Soap dispenser-empty. No hooks to hang towels, so we left on the floor-were told new bath linens ever 2 days. Were promised bath cloths-never showed up. Breaksfast was okay-but with my first cup of cofee, the host went through 2 cups before getting a clean one--made me wonder about the other dishes. No air-conditioning--with weather around 90 degrees in Amsterdam.

Typical, old Amsterdam house; could be very nice, the rooms are beautyfully furnished, but there were many thnings missing. Dirty windows, not very clean bathroom, smelling towels, no parking-information. Breakfast was also average. No good service.

 "An enjoyable stay"
We were made very welcome at Rooms & Co B&B. Everything was as advertised, and our every request was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Fabio, the manager, who could not have been more helpful and went out of his way to make sure that our every need was catered for. Spacious, clean room; cot provided was in good condition; nice showerroom. Definitely a good break. Easy to find and near tram routes, show and market. Walking distance to parks and museums.

Pros: This was a very good room at a decent price for amsterdam. the room was clean and tidy, as was the bedding and towels. there was a good choice for breakfast and the coffe/tea making facilities available 24hrs were reasonable.
Cons: Having tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been better.

Pros: The room was warm and a reasonable size with a large shower and proper sized en-suite. the bed was comfortable. a full sized fridge was useful for drinks and snacks. tea and coffee making is available during the day and the breakfast was generous too.

Pros: Obviously it's always a bit of a gamble booking online, however this was exactly as decribed. perfect for walking into city centre. good size room with en-suite and comfy bed. very friendly staff and good choice from buffet breakfast. we are a couple in our late 40's and would definately come back when visiting amsterdam again. perfectly adequate and good value for a town centre hotel.

The 3-star B&B Rooms & Co is located right next to the Stadhouderskade, an avenue circling the old inner-city of Amsterdam and close to the Amstel River.
