"Rome"

We stayed at this hotel from Friday-Monday It has a fabulous location, a 10 minute walk to the Vatican City and has a metro line two streets away. The hotel was very clean and has all you need for a weekend stay.It is also central for bars shops and restaurants the owner Marco was also very helpful ,he organised tickets for the Vatican City for us which was very useful we would recommend this hotel.

I went to Rome only for a week end and I was very satisfied from this Bed & Breakfast! Very cool!Perfect location at 5 minutes from the Vatican and 1 minute from the underground!Excellent the price!

"4 nights in Rome"

We recommande this B&B because it's well locate, near vatican, people in hotel are very gentle and nice, bed was big and confortable.Car service for airport to hotel is useful and quite the same price as taxi.Just 2 point less, windows could have 2 glazing and breakfast even if it's good, haven't juice.We were very satify of this hotel.

"Excelent value for money and location"

Very good apartment, very clean and good service in an amazing location, next to the Vatican. Maybe a slightly better breakfast would have make it absolutely awesome. But the value for money of staying here is great. 100% recommended.

Pros: Good location
Cons: Poor breakfast - crossants were packaged and were neither toasted or fresh. by italian standards elsewhere, pastries were fresh for the price we paid.

with city taxes, the price came to 100euros, which was way too expensive for the room and limited breakfast.

Pros: Very close to the vatican but about 20 minutes walk to the old city, on the other hand metro station was just nesx to the building. rooms are in a very nice and stylish apartment house. our room was clean and spacoius. stuff was nice and helpfull.
Cons: We arrive at 14.30 (we wrote in e-mail we will be at this hour) and there was nobody there, so we had to call (lucky we had phone number written down) and wait about 45 minutes for somebody to let us in, but it was the only disadventage (well the breakfast is poor, but we did not expect any better).

Pros: The location is really good and the room is clean but basic, if its just somewhere to lay your head then its very good.
Cons: It should not call itself a b&b. breakfast is far too inadequate if you believe you have paid for it. shower was not hot. people should be told of extra cost to pay by credit card.

Pros: The manager of the apartments, marco, was really nice and very helpful. the place was very quaint and located in a great neighborhood just by the vatican.
Cons: We woke up late, so there was never any hot water. also, because we woke up late we always missed breakfast and the cleaning service (which only operates in the morning).
